Black Swan International named one of the Top 20 Care Home Groups in the UK

The Carehome.co.uk awards are an annual event celebrating the top 20 care homes and providers throughout each region across the United Kingdom, as well as the nation as a whole.

The awards are merit-based, and take into account the reviews of our residents and their loved ones across the last 18 months - the 2021 awards take into account reviews posted up until June 30th 2021. Any more recent reviews displayed on our Carehome.co.uk profiles were not considered for the judging. 

It is a huge honour to be named one of the Top 20 providers throughout the country in the Large Care Providers category, after opening our twentieth care home in April 2020.

We feel that receiving this award reflects our commitment to providing the highest quality care we possibly can, by focusing on our residents independence, dignity and choice which is at the heart of our core values as a provider.

It is perhaps even more poignant that we have received this award whilst dealing with the impact the Coronavirus pandemic has had on the care industry as a whole. It fills us with pride that our residents and their loved ones know that their safety and happiness is at the heart of our company ethos.
