Black Swan wins Customer Excellence Award

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Customer Excellence Award at the Eastern Daily Press Norfolk Business Awards.

The award and trophy were presented to our MD Tom at the awards evening in Norwich on Thursday 28th November, recognising the dedication, care and support provided in all our care homes.

The judges said that the group “offers a truly customer-focused, personal service for its clients”. They praised the ways in which Black Swan tailors support to suit each customer’s individual needs and said that it is “placing customers at the heart of its strategy and then consistently delivering an excellent service through its training offering”.
