Carnival Afternoon at Laurel Lodge

Residents, relatives and staff enjoyed a fantastic carnival afternoon at Laurel Lodge in Norwich. The sunny rose garden at the home was the perfect setting for an afternoon of fun and entertainment. The fine weather meant everyone could sit outside for a lovely lunch with ice creams, a fresh fruit platter and cooling drinks.

Live music was played for everyone to sing along to before the residents were entertained by a circus acrobat. Valerie, as always, found time to capture the day with her incredible sketching skills.

The event took place as part of Care Home Open Week where care homes across the country open their doors to help people to visit and find out more about residential care.
