Cossie celebrates her 100th birthday in style

Residents, staff, family and friends celebrated with Joan Cosson at Potton View as she celebrated her 100th birthday.

Joan, known to everyone as Cossie, enjoyed a wonderful day with her friends, family and staff at the home. She began the day with a pamper session, before opening some of the nearly 200 cards that had arrived at the home - thanks to a social media post and article in the Hunts Post newspaper.

Later in the day, residents, family and friends joined Cossie for an afternoon buffet party, where she celebrated with a specially designed peppermint Aero birthday cake - her favourite flavour!

Cossie has lived at Potton View since April 2019 and is well-loved by everyone at the home.
