Kings Lynn Residential win customer care award!

We are incredibly proud to share that our team at Kings Lynn residential care home have won a customer care award.

The team from the home on Kettlewell Lane in the West Norfolk town were presented with the award at the  2025 West Norfolk Mayor’s Business Awards, held at the Corn Exchange in the town.

Judges at the awards recognised the vital role that the home provides to the community. As well as providing high quality, important care to older people, especially those living with dementia, it also provides excellent career opportunities.

Co-managers Jodi Collins and Sally Haynes attended the awards with Black Swan's Managing Director Tom Lyons and Deputy Managers Sumer Taylor and Denisa Odica. 

Tom thanked the team for their efforts: "I'm so proud of the team at the home. Every day, they provide exceptional care to the residents and support their families as well. They provide a crucial service to the local community and we're all delighted that their amazing customer care has been recognised in these awards."
