Margaret has fun at the Hunstanton Fire Service Open Day

Margaret Carver from Nightingale Lodge care home in Hunstanton enjoyed the Hunstanton Fire Service Open Day.

Margaret visited the event with Kirsty Bullock, the Activities Co-Ordinator from the home where she enjoyed meeting the staff and looking at all the emergency services vehicles on show.

The highlight of her visit was when she got the opportunity to use the water hose, supported by firefighters from the station.

Kirsty explained: we heard about the open day and thought it would be a nice event to take someone to it. Margaret had a fabulous time. The team at the station were great, she really enjoyed using the hose! We always try to find lots of different things for our residents to enjoy in our local community.”
