Regional Manager performs exclusive concerts for residents at Kings Lynn Residential

Regional manager – Michelle Smith – put on VIP concerts for our residents at Kings Lynn Residential, armed with her trusty accordion.
Michelle is a musician and singer as well as a very talented regional manager, and she wanted to put on a show for our residents who have missed out on some of their regular entertainers due to the lockdown.
Michelle took the time to put on several concerts throughout the home, with our residents enjoying a wonderful concert of beautiful background music as they ate their lunch.
She was even asked to perform private concerts for our residents in their bedrooms, with some lucky residents able to listen to the lovely melodies whilst having their hair done in the in-house salon.
It means a lot to us as a company that our staff, at all levels of the business, are willing to put in so much extra effort and go above and beyond to ensure our residents are having fun-filled experiences.
We wanted to say thank you to Michelle for providing some top-class unique entertainment for our residents, which they thoroughly enjoyed.
