The role of a support worker is unique, in the sense that as well as providing care to residents - you become their advocate and ensure their needs are being met to the highest standard.
You may be accompanying a resident to see their favourite rock band, supporting them on a shopping spree, or providing enriching in-house activities at the home. You will be aware and responsive to our residents physical and emotional needs, and ensure that all activities are accessible for all.
