Heathcote is a residential care home in Norwich, Norfolk, located on Unthank Road, just a stone’s throw from the city centre. One of four Black Swan homes in Norwich, the home provides care and support for up to 29 residents in a beautiful building. The comfortable bedrooms are dotted around the home, which has large, separate communal lounges, dining rooms, a hair salon and adapted bathrooms. Outside there are private gardens and a shaded patio area where we enjoy barbecues and outdoor events for our residents, their families and friends and the local community.
